A new client is entitled to take up the offer but will be treated as a separate client

Where two treatments are offered these must be taken consecutively on the same booking date

Any offer or discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount

All offers and discounts are subject to availability

Spa and Wedding packages are not included in any offer

All offers and discounts exclude GHD

With any promotional gift voucher sale, these cannot be redeemed on products.

Robin James reserves the right to withdraw any offer at any time

Details and Terms + Conditions of LOOK FABULOUS FOR A YEAR prize:

  • The prize is 6 cut and blow dry appointments and 6 pure focus facials. The cut and blow dry can be with any stylist of choice. The pure focus facial can be with any therapist of choice. (The facial can of course be upgraded to a more expensive facial treatment if desired).
  • The tickets are £5 each or a strip of 5 for £20. 
  • All money raised goes to Global Greengrants and Water Aid UK.
  • Prize can only be used by the winning client.
  • The whole prize must be taken within 12 months of the prize being given.
  • A cut and blow dry and a facial can only be booked every 2 months.
  • No other service or product or cash will be given instead or in exchange.
  • Services can be upgraded. The calculation of the value of the prize is based on the client having a master stylist. Should the client choose to take the appointment with a cheaper tariff stylist no compensation will be given. If the client wishes to book with a manager stylist then the difference will be payable.
  • The client can choose to redeem the prize in any RJ salon/spa

Loyalty Cards

Only one card to issued per guest.

The salon will require all personal data including name, postal address, contact telephone number and E-mail address

The first stamp will be given after the first haircut has been paid for. This can be at the time of issuing the card.

A stamp can ONLY be given for a fully paid haircut and not for any other service or discounted haircut or in conjunction with any other offer.

A stamp can only be given to a guest’s card if that guest is the bearer of that card.

Stamps cannot be added together from two or more cards.

The free (Eighth) haircut must be taken within the 365th (Three hundred and sixty fifth )  day of the card being issued. If the 365th day is a Sunday or Monday for salons that do not open on a Monday then it is the guests responsibility to make sure they have the free appointment before the 365th day. No free appointments will be given beyond 365 days of the card being issued.
