We require you have a skin sensitivity test 48 hours prior to any colour service, including glossing service, if you have not had Aveda colour in the last 12 months.
Treatment times
A number of our Spa treatments require a consultation and begin with a foot ritual. 15 minutes of your appointment time is allocated to this.
Hair Length
Medium Length Hair is classified as above the shoulder and Long Hair is classified as below the shoulder.
Make-up services
Make-up application – £30 booking fee. The booking fee is redeemable against products purchased on the day.

Booking policy
As a courtesy to our service providers we kindly ask you to give us 24 hrs notice for any amendments or cancellation of your booking.Where 24 hours notice is not given a full charge will be applied.
